Arrogant, rude, and full of himself. Left in tears. Do not recommend.

I had a multiple terrible experiences with Mulligan and I will never step foot in his office again. He is always incredibly rude, cold and unprofessional. Mulligan's refusal to offer additional support when requested was extremely disappointing. A year ago when I sought further assistance and guidance, he outright stated he couldn't help, leaving me feeling unsupported. A doctor's role involves not only diagnosing issues but also providing avenues for additional help or resources. His dismissal of my needs was a letdown and highlighted a lack of care for patients seeking additional support. It is a doctors responsibility to offer empathy and understanding, which was sorely lacking in this instance. I felt unheard and disrespected, a distressing experience that no patient should endure. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone especially those seeking help with mental health related issues.

Staff doesn't like to answer the phone. My husband was actually sitting outside in his vehicle trying to re-book his cancelled appointment. He could see the receptionist doing nothing while the phone rang and rang. Dr. Mulligan makes you feel like an idiot and doesn't take your concerns seriously. We dread our appointments but you can't get another doctor if you already have one. His head isn't in the game, he needs to quit and concentrate on his beer business.

Dr Mulligan is not a pleasant doctor to have he is very rude .don't feel comfortable asking question .makes you feel stupid. Definitely looking for a new doctor that's more professional and will treat me with respect . He's definitely in the wrong line of work .

I have been seeing Dr Mulligan for almost fifteen years. He has walked me through several medical issues during this time. It is not easy for doctors these days as they face many challenges with the health system as we do while trying to run very expensive offices for ridiculous reimbursement. I appreciate his direct, no nonsense approach with his patients, he is a hard working physician.

I have never had an issue with the Dr. He is not there to be your best friend however he gets straight to the point no bs and does all the required testing to let you no what the issue is.

Poor physician which is why I left his practice. His receptionist is quite rude.

If you need a guy to waste youre time and have someone tell you youre dumb, this is the doctor for you! Got more help from sitting on my own thumb than listening to this moron. Will complain about his personal issues and belittle you before he'd ever help you.
