What an absolutely wonderful doctor! I saw him in ER after a miscarriage and I could not ask for more compassionate, competent care. He was caring, gentle, understanding and knowledgeable. His communication was spot on. He walked us through all the options and went the extra mile to make things work for us since we were from out of town.

Just a horrible horrible man. Thank god he’s retired!! The incredible impersonal approach he showed during my traumatic experience was beyond anything I could bet have expected. Demeaning cold unkind and judgmental. He has done a real number on me and my mental state concerning gynaecologists.

Dr. Pienaar was one of the best physician experiences I have had. He gave me great advice regarding my fertility, removed a stubborn IUD and at 34 i'm 27 weeks along and doing great with my first pregnancy! I'm so grateful! Thank you for the advice on starting Pre-natal vitamins just in case! Thank you so much

Dr Pienaar was extremely insensitive, inappropriate and rushed. I was appalled at the lack of information he provided and when he did provide information it was extremely biased and judgemental. I will never recommend this Dr. to anyone with a vagina if they want to be treated with respect.

I honestly don't understand how Rupert landed this man. He is top in his field, extremely intelligent, straight forward and very funny. He really takes the time to explain procedures, conditions and all the possible outcomes in a very clear way. I am so lucky to be here at this time when I need specialized care for my reproductive system.
