Prior to this meeting, Dr. Choy has constantly refused to see me for any appointments in the past 3-4 years (I have been with him for 7 years). Even during this appointment, Dr. Choy was not available, I was seen by a different doctor. Although the appointment was set at a scheduled time in which I even arrived a bit early, the appointment did not actually start until about an hour and a half later. I asked the receptionist when my appointment would start but she kept exclaiming that they were too busy. There were only 2 or 3 patients in the entire office. My appointment was over in 5 mins. The hour and a half delay is mind blowing as I don’t see how a medical office can function so terribly. Other than that, the staff are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They almost refused to let me into my appointment because I did not bring a document that was needed. They did not inform me that I would need that document when I booked my appointment over the phone.

Doctor Choy is very patient, polite, and super caring to all her patients. I had doctor Choy as my family physician for 25 years and now my son is with him too. My wife came from a different family doctor and said he is way better than her own family physician.

Dr. Choy is the best doctor I ever had so far. He is patient and always willing to listen. This is not common with other doctors. He noticed my neck problem and it turned out to be thyroid cancer. I knew he had another skin clinic but he never talked about that. No information at all at his medical clinic about that skin clinic. His staff are excellent as well. I highly recommend him but he is very popular. So he probably may not take new patients. Good luck. 😉
