I'm so saddened to find out that Dr Kareaus has passed and regret not taken the time to rate this WONDERFUL man and doctorsooner. Dr kareaus had been my doctor for over 20 years. He delivered my daughte who I had at a young age. He was always caring and professional- Dr K took his time to explain things and answer questions thoroughly. I had my daughter naturally and when pushing at last moment- Dr K told me to stop pushing, the umbilical cord was wrapped three times around her neck. Naturally I began to panic but Dr K looked me in the eyes stern and assured me it was going to be OK to take a breathe and relax because he needed to release her with my help. It was quick and she was loose from the cord. My daughter is peefectly healthy. He always made me feel comfortable . Dr K treated me with dignity and respect when others had not. He was ONE OF A KIND. I referred him to many because its so important to have a good doctor. I'm afraid I won't find another like the old school, care for us doctor that Dr K was for me and my daughter , as he treated her throughout the years as well. I'm blessed knowing him as a physician and will miss him. Prayers of comfott to his family.
