As others have described. Tried to get a refill for Zyrtec D and he refused. Even though I am dizzy and have inner ear fluid that will lead to a sinus infection. Ignored my history . Wanted to send me to physical therapy for my dizziness which Zyrtec D fixes!!! Uggh. That's it with him.

Dr. Yates was very patient and listened. He found the problem and I will definitely see him again.

Dr. Yates is awesome. He's a great listener and thinks out of the box. He actually cares, along with his sweet, hard working staff.

He doesn't care for his patients at all.he orders tests that are unnecessary.talks down on people like they don't know whats going on with them.

Orders numerous unnecessary tests. Likes to hurry you through and doesn't care much for patient questions. Will usually refer you to some 'specialist' no matter what the problem.

Doctor will not see you when you are hurting and in pain. His receptionists tell you to go to the ER.
