Dr.Victor Armstrong of Harrison,Ar. takes the time to really listen to what you are telling him and he answers and explains things in everyday language and makes sure you understand. All of his staff that I dealt with were more than helpful and very plesant to talk with. They make the visit so plesant you wake up hoping you feel a bit bad so you will have an excuse to return.

DH sees Dr Victor for his med needs. Cares, takes time to discuss options and values patient imput. We like him allot and will be sticking with him for the long haul.
