Dr Murdoch saw me for about 5 minutes. I got a $300 bill. Her staff was snobby and asked for a co-pay when my insurance plan doesn't require one. When I stated this I got a dirty look. Her billing was incorrect also. My primary visit should have been covered it, but she coded my bill as "medical diagnosis" and thus I was charged more. She refused to change the billing to the accurate code. I will never go back to see her nor will I recommend anyone to see her that I know and care about their health.

Stay far away from this doctor. She has no idea what she is doing and told me it didn't look normal but she didn't know what it was supposed to look like!! and she put on gloves, opened the door n went out to do what i don't know and then came back in to do my female exam and didn't put new gloves on.
