The doctor couldn't take the time to explain things to me. She gave me a piece of paper and told me to read it. When I told her I didn't understand it she just walked out.

Dr. Jane is a perfectionist. As well, she is gentle, professional and thorough. But more than that, she genuinely cares for her patients’ overall well-being. Over the years I have found her to go beyond in her care. I know I am in good hands in her practice.

I have to say I am very disappointed in the clinic overall. I was there this past Monday to look at my legs, the doctor was not helpful at all and the blonde girl who was helping her was rude and didn’t even look like she knew what she was doing. if you have someone there to help you make sure they are knowledgeable don’t go to this clinic because they don’t know what they’re doing, what a disappointment.

My rating is for the clinic as a whole. I had a great experience with scarlet RF.
Only a few days after the first treatment, my skin is very clear and even, smoother and the lines around my mouth have slightly reduced. I didn't expect to see any results this quick.
The staff who do the treatments seem to be very knowlegable, and proceed with care and caution.
