I am so thankful to have Dr Pugh, he is an awesome Dr, the best one I have ever had, he listens to my concern's and doesn't rush me out of the office. I hope he never retires.

While I don't go often, Dr. Pugh and the other staff of the clinic are always there to help me when I need it. Dr. Pugh is caring, knowledgeable, and not quick to push pills. So glad to have him, and the other practitioners at the clinic as part of my health care arsenal.

He doesn't take much patience and you can only give him hold of him one day a week through his secretary and then after that they take the answer machine off they don't take you unless it's life or death then I said think they send you to the hospital I can't get in it's been so long and I need treatment

Just dropped me as a patient after 5 years of chronic pain at age 24 due to the sheer lack of care toward my life and health. Knows without I am as good as ruined, constantly calling me addict and those in the area of the practice he took over. Taking me months to get an apt and when i did finally he judged and pressured me into getting no help once again as it makes him use real effort. Would rank negatively if possible.

He's my boyfriends doctor and he is always on "stress" leave. Works only 1 day a week and when you call to make an appointment they either hang up on you or say you can't make an appointment for a month.

This is one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time. Would love to have him as my family doctor. He finally diagnosed my daughter with asthma after seeing several doctors and no one knew what was wrong and why she had been coughing for 5 months now. He also took the time to answer my many questions and explained everything very thoroughly! An amazing doctor!!
