Dr. Aronshtam’s rudeness and persistent “wait and see” approach have consistently proven unhelpful during our visits. Regrettably, he has not provided effective assistance, even overlooking basic and visible symptoms. Fortunately, other doctors promptly identified these issues. His demeanor has notably deteriorated in recent years, leading our family to strongly discourage anyone from seeking his services. We genuinely believe you’d have a more positive experience at any other walk-in clinic or hospital’s emergency room. Don’t waste your time and potentially jeopardize your health; it appears that Aronshtam prioritizes his paycheck over patient care.

Incredibly rude, does not take patient concerns seriously. I saw him and asked for blood test requisitions for celiac and with concerns due to lack of a menstrual cycle.

He said that I'm young and fit so I shouldn't think I have problems. I went to other doctors. Confirmed celiac disease and a brain tumour preventing menstruation - needed to be referred to a neurologist. Avoid at all costs

Was a long term patient, scheduled a n appointment two weeks ahead for a general annual check up. Saw me for a total of 45 seconds (no joke) before telling me I am young and I worry too much and sent me away.

Not a medical professional, more of a conveyor belt to get patients thru his clinic and charge MSP for it.

You could teach a masterclass on medical gaslighting.

-I stopped seeing you years ago because I got tired of "If it bothers you in two weeks come back. You're young and healthy it's fine." and no action.
-When I can to you for help with mental health, your response was "What, do you want me to give you drugs or something?".
-When I asked if there might be a chance I'm autistic you LAUGHED and said there was no way I could be autistic because I was able to carry a conversation with you. Guess what? I worked with a team of psychologists who specialize in working with adult autistics and I was diagnosed. If you had listened to me, I could have gotten that diagnosis and the subsequent support I got years ago.

My boyfriend is done with you too.
-You tried to convince him his varicose veins were nothing, not to pursue surgery and treatment. For over a year. He finally went ON HIS OWN to get surgery and is pain free for the first time in three years.
-He's had gut pain on and off for almost a year and has visited you multiple times to talk about it. You sent him for one ultrasound and never pursued it further. He went to you again today to ask for help. You told him he was young and healthy.
-He injured his hand at work. Not a single acute injury. A repetitive strain injury. Certain activities trigger it. He barely has any grip strength in his hand. You told him not to bother with physio. Because worker's comp takes a long time to go through and he didn't report it right when it happened. How do you report an RTI right away? You report it when you first notice that it's not going away. That it's more than a moment of pain. And he did. His crew is dealing with the paperwork on their end. The least you could do is NOT dissuade him from pursuing treatment.

Why did you bother getting a medical degree if you just use it to gaslight the people who come to you for help?
