Dr Kelvin is the very common type of doctor who just ignores your problems and pretends to care. Whatever problem you have he will give you meds that make the problem worse. You will continue in that chronic hopeless sick state then one day you lose sleep. Once you lose sleep Dr.Kelvin will give you meds that don't work with zero medical advice or guidance. And after a couple days of no sleep you can easily die if you don't get to the hospital.

WARNING TO ALL FEMALES this doctor touched me inappropriately and this is not his first time . He has a record. Please search his name . I am concerned for other young women . He seems very smart and calculated. He knows what he is doing . I am not generally a niave person but I found my self being touched inappropriately. I caught on early enough and I left soon after and never went again . He called me an alarming 8 times after . No doctor has ever called me that many times ever. I am in the process of making a formal complaint. I am very worried how many other people he has done this to and how many he plans on doing it to . One way or another he will try to get your pants off for an "exam" . He is smart In the way he works . It may come off as routine as he is very smart about how he conducts himself but you will soon realise you went in for one thing and are being "checked" or treated for something completely different. Please read the entire case against him on cspo before you decide to go to him and please warn other people as well . DR.Leung if you are reading this please take responsibility and stop what you are doing . You are taking advantage of people and abusing your power . Thank you

Please look up Dr. Kelvin Leung’s record on the College of Physicians and Surgeons Ontario (CPSO)website, in his profile page under /click ‘view details’.

I am shocked and disgusted that he still can practice medicine. There are multiple reports of him giving inappropriate or questionable anal/vaginal exams. My report to CPSO of my complaint is not even listed there. I wonder how many more are not reported on the website.

I went to him for thyroid concerns (neck area). While he was examining my neck through his touch, he moved his hand down to my breasts/nipples and then asked me if I have had a breast exam. No warning or asking to examine my breast area as he did this. I was traumatized for years after I complained. Maybe it is obvious to readers that I should have complained right away but I was scared, naive and did not know what proper protocols for doctors should be. Thankfully, it was my family doctor who explained to me this was inappropriate and not following professional procedures and she wrote a letter to CPSO to report my experience.

For all females, your daughters, sisters, wives, mothers...please do not see him and if you do, please have someone in the room with you at all times.

I would rate zero stars if I could.

Got no help from couple other Drs. Very happy with his advice and the kids love him.
Wish he worked closer as it's a 30 min drive.

The staff were nice and respectful, but I had to wait longer than usual for my appointment. However, the wait was worth definitely worth it! Dr. Leung had good bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this physician to anyone.

All staff members were late arriving. Clinic opened at 11 and the first patient was seen at 11:50. I was fourth in line and was there from 10:45 to 12:50. I felt so bad for all the moms waiting with their kids.

Horrible clinic and a wonderful doctor. The clinic timings always change and the staff are passive aggressive.

It is difficult to find a decent walk-in clinic in Toronto. When my friend highly recommend this clinic, I gave it a try and the experience was overall great. I felt comfortable at the clinic and with the physician. He has good bedside manner and is knowledgeable. I am overall very happy with the service I receive and will refer my friends there.
