She is always very thuro and has never misdiagnosed anyone in my family from newborns to toddlers and adults. Always has a smile and listens to everything you say. Gives good advice and is confident enough to straigh up tell you shouldn't do this or that and is always right after I have research what she has said. The only downside is the front desk personnel. Always messing up billing and just ugh to be around. But the nurses are fantastic to.
