Dr. Khoshnu helped me by listening to my concerns and symptoms. She put me on the right medication and now I feel hopeful about the future.

Most horrible dr I have seen in my life. Don’t waste your time

I tried to give it a chance she's incensitive. I switched providers since I was using web service and my doctor wanted me to try new medication since the medication I was on had no affect and the other medication I couldn't take due to medical history. She cut me off took personal calls while in my in person session and told me she is the doctor and knows best. I refused the medication as it can cause a side effect in individuals who have no history of seizures which I do. I had to tell her I refuse to take it and I won't allow her personal judgement to impact my potential of having an episode. I did three visits and on the third I just couldn't see myself going back I was taking my medication as prescribed in the morning and before bed time and she denied that she wrote the prescription that way which is how I took my notes and how it's printed on the label of the medication. At no point did I disrespect her which she did with me or raise my tone which she also did. She also asked me to bring it the medication she prescribed that I am not taking. She should know better then to ask for that I wish her office staff the best of luck she isn't easy and I can be a very patient person. She really needs to learn bed side manners.

Very nice lady. Very helpful. First visit so far. Only a small issue that had nothing to do with the Doctor herself, but the time in between my old Doctor and Dr. Khoshnu not being more then 30 days, but hopefully will be resolved with the pharmacy by tomorrow morning. Patricia the secretary was more then helpful and a blessing as well

Terrible. She doesn't listen or hear what I'm saying. She tried to alter medication that another Dr. (my Primary) gave me. I told her no. She called me "angry & argumentative(!)" and then said no to a bunch of drugs (and the whole class) that would help me. What a surprise I'm angry, but I calmly explained to her my condition. She angrily told me that SHE's the Dr. and she won't be told how to take care of patients. But, she has no idea what she's doing! She's rude, nasty and incompetent. Avoid everyone in this practice at STA!

My experience with Dr. Khoshnu has been absolutely atrocious. She's incredibly disrespectful & very unethical. She schedules multiple Pts for the same time slot & only spends ten minutes with Pts.
At times, she has reduced me to tears, causing more anxiety & stress within me. -As a psychiatrist, she should be aiming high to help me feel better, not bring me down!
Dr. K is impolite, angry & extremely unsympathetic. I've had to chase her down to get a refill for my daily medicine. She also over-prescribed me minipress - I collapsed & passed out & it almost sent me to the ER. She is terribly difficult to get a hold of. She rarely makes eye contact & turns her back quite a bit. She tends to "school" me & treat me like a child (I'm in my 40s). Dr. K told me I should, & I quote, "leave my husband because he smokes, he's going to die of cancer." I smelled like my husband's cigarettes, so she fanned her hand in front of her face & held her nose with a tissue the entire session. This woman should not be working in this field. Dr. K has a strange way of running her office. Her waiting room is dank, unkempt & awkward. She just wants your money & she couldn't care less about you. She'a got not one lick of empathy in her bones & her heart is cold. You will walk out worse than when u walked in.

Excellent Doctor , She is caring give you 110 % and I have been seeing her for 15 yrs . She even forgo the balance i owed due to my financial constraint and reduced my payment per session , I travel from long island to east Caldwell for her services . I am a former patient and can honestly say that the below reviews are a misrepresentation of her she is good dr who is a Princeton Graduate .

To be completely honest I'm not gonna rehash what everyone already said but everyone who left a negative review I agree will 100% of all of u 8 years here she is NO DR she is a drug dealer who has caused me to relapse she told me that I'm not clean the I'm just as screwed up as I was when I first came because what she is giving me is the same dungus either way I've never been given a drug test for Suboxone not once in 8 years but yet prescribed me Adderall 90 of them 90 Subutex 90 2mg Zanax sticks 60 1mg Klonopin with the sticks and ever uh thing else when I have never been on Benzodiazepines talking about sever withdrawal she is an Evil sick selfish piece of pooooooopy!!! She told me not to comeback after 8 years because now maybe she realizes wtg she's done to me but see right their shows how she does not use her head for nothing! Sorry for some of the stupid words it kept correcting normal English

She forces you to wonder if years ago you could get lucky and find a medical degree in a cracker jack box if you were homeless and were forced to go dumpster diving in the Bronx and came across a lucky cracker jack box with the lucky golden ticket to Dr. Hood. She makes me feel like I have a contagious disease because I can’t drive due to brain injury and my friend who drives me smokes so When I walk into her 95° 8 x 8’ sell. I mean office she takes a tissue covers her face and threatened to cut off important and necessary meds I have been on for years if I come in smelling like smoke the next time. Do usual visit always starts with me walking in after she grabs the tissue her looking down writing stuff for the first couple minutes nodding her head yes to anything I say. LOL OK lady take me off my depression medicine and my seizure medicine that I have been on and put me on that schizophrenic medicine that made me feel like I was dying every five minutes and it took about 45 minutes to wear off before I was done having a man Freak out that my life was ending right then and there at that moment. 10 stars if you eat fecal matter sandwiches
