Acks like a kid throwing papers and kicking chairs.If he does not hear what he wants to here. Its his way or the highway.A very weird experance.You have to tell his staff what is wrong with you before seeing him. Then he comes in and draws a chart of what you told his staff if you ask anything else beside what you told his staff he throws a fit. So make sure you tell his staff everything and don't ask any more questions or he will freak out
