Dr. Coughlin is a disgrace to the medical profession! He is the rudest, most arrogant doctor I know. He obviously is in it for the money , not because he loves or cares about people and their well being. Yesterday, my dad was on his death bed, and he yelled at my crying mother for calling the rescue squad to bring him in and told her nothing was wrong with him. He just needed to go get his dialysis and go home. Thank goodness my mom disagreed, called the Terra Alta rescue squad and had him taken to Ruby in Morgantown. He is now septic and in critical care. Nice job for a so called doctor. Total butt, he should be fired!

Terrible. Worst experience of my life. He wasted my time, my money, and faith in the Garrett memorial hospital ER. He's the biggest jerk I've ever met. He should probably rethink his profession even though he's been there since the flood. Such an unpleasant atmosphere when he is present. He's rude, arrogant, and clearly hates his job. I wish I never met him.

This Doc is horrible! I do not trust him. I actually call the ED to see if he is on call! If he is and I can help it, I will travel a little farther to go to another hospital!
