They use the bait and switch technique. Tell you your going to see a doctor. When you show up they put you with a PA. It would have been nice to tell me upfront and not waste my time.

I was referred to Dr Kazi and arrived to learn he was busy and was seen by his PA Jon. Went over issues I had that sent me to the ER. Jon told me since I had been on antibiotics from ER doctor and appeared OK there was nothing he could recommend for me, unless I wanted them to do another colonoscopy. If I get ill again, come back in. Fast forward a few weeks admitted to hospital with severely worse symptoms, hospital notified Kazi's office that I was admitted. I did not request a visit. Jon came into my room and asked what I wanted and then asked if we had ever met as I look familiar, after I refreshed his memory he asked me what he had done to treat me in the past, he did not bring or review the patient file prior to his visit, he did not know why he was there and did absolutely nothing. The hospital internist was very surprised and angry by his demeanor . After my lengthy hospital stay I get a bill, I called and lodged my complaint, explained I did not request Jon and was not going to pay for his trip to hospital. I was told all bills are done by a 3rd party. Unfortunately if I did not pay it would be sent to collections. I would need to have Dr Kazi approve the reversal of charges. 4 months later and 8 calls still no resolve and no call back from Dr Kazi. Too busy to keep up and staff insists they have never heard of me or my complaint despite the fact that their own billing company has messaged them repeatedly to PLEASE call me.

Dr. Kazi be a good doctor although I did not meet him until he came into the room to perform my prcedure and he only said a couple of words to me the whole time so I can not say if he is knowledgeabe. His staff overbooks. I had a 12:30 pm appointment and after fasting the day before he did not take me until 3:30pm. My wife had to wait in the lobby for 3.5 hours because I was unable to drive after the anestesia. I followed the instructions so I also had nothing to drink from 9:30 am until 4 pm when I woke up. I was told they overbook every day. I could have been booked at 2 :45pm and still had the colonoscapy at 3:30pm. My opinion is that they are inconsiderate and I believe it is rude because they do not care about patients sitting around hungry and thirsty for hours on end.

Great doctor! The best. I have been to hospitals like Mayo Clinic. Dr Jaffrey Kazi is better than all I have seen so far my debilitating condition!

I know my mom has only seen this doctor maybe 5 minutes. She made an appointment to see him and instead she was seen by his practitioner. She never saw the doctor the first two visits. She would have never seen him if she had not asked him to come and meet her. That is not a caring doctor looking out for patients. That's a doctor looking out for quantity, not quality. Well she's in the hospital with a pancreas issue and he wouldn't know her if they called him in. Really sad.

Dr Kazi is very good at listening to your symptoms and recommending the test necessary. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have a very strong family history of colon cancer. Dr. Kazi was very caring and considerate of the situation and discussing future testing. I will continue to use him.
