When you read the comments rating this woman a 1 - they are being generous
This was my Worst experience Ever
Absolutely unprofessional behaviour everything said and more. I was appalled at her behaviour.
We all waste her time.
This girl was very surprised when I called her on it. I was direct. Polite and specific.
This girl was surprised to have someone stand up to her.
I felt dismissed, not heard, rude arrogant

Not that this matters but I drive a Mercedes, have a university education, a professional career. Husband head of major company. I was treated like a homeless person. Made rude unnecessary comments in referral which I only received when I reprimanded her.
I likely will require & seek treatment - but not at Milton hospital.
Milton hospital needs to fire her. I have always received excellent care.
I did absolutely nothing to cause this behaviour. We are taught to respect and accept doctors bad behaviour. Hers was way beyond acceptance.
This girl needs her license revoked.
This girl needs to work without people
I am not even sure that she is competent
I am filing a written complaint with the hospital Monday morning.
Her incompetence and inability to listen and hear me on a very serious life threatening illness could cause me serious problems or death. It was nothing to fool around about. Before I came I called TELEHEALTH. TELEHEALTH wanted to send an ambulance. This girl spent 3-5 minutes with me. I was discharged start to finish in maybe 90 minutes.
Total incompetence

I went to emerge with an issue I have been battling for a long time and no other doctors seemed to be able to figure out my problem. This doctor was so thorough and got to the bottom of my problems and I have been in such good health since. This doctor saved my life, honest to god. I also find it amusing to read some of these other comments that are so negative because they are such a false depiction of this professional. During my visit to emerge there were multiple physciatric patients and people who clearly were not mentally sound. The amount of abuse I heard the doctors and nurses take was unbelievable when they are just trying to help these people! These healthcare professionals are so underrated and I could not imagine doing what they do. There were multiple traumas that came in that night, codes going on, and I did have to wait but I think people forget it’s a system issue and not a healthcare professional issue. If you concerns are not immediately life threatening, that is how triage works, you wait. I am so appreciative for the healthcare I received, this woman is extremely knowledgeable and cares to see the best outcomes for her patients. She really works wonders in such a stressful environment.

I was in the ER on Saturday (April 9) at Milton District Hospital and she was the doctor taking care of me. The rudest woman ever that I have seen, and I see a lot of doctors. Absolutely no bedside manner, cold, dismissive and no empathy. Wanted to admit me for a blood transfusion which is the reason why I came into the ER because I had some routine bloodwork done that morning and my Hemoglobin was low. I suffer from this condition all the time so it is practically routine to me. Didn't even want to listen to me. She was like, well if you don't want me to admit you then what do you want....2 pints of blood then go home. I was like yes. This is the only reason why I am here. No other reason. Not to figure out why I have this condition as I have been struggling with it since I was a child. Well she finally ordered the first bag of blood. The nurse in charge then said to me she ordered a bag of Lasix for in between the pints because she is a very thorough doctor and wants to make sure that I don't have a lot of fluid in my body and I need to pee on a constant. The nurse was very good with me. I told her I have had this done before, no doctor has every ordered this Lasix and I don't want it plain and simple. She understood and told the doctor. Well when it was time to go almost 8 hours later, I had to sign a "Leaving against medical advise" form. Again something that I have never ever done before. This doctor needs to get her attitude in check and I can see that I am not the only one who thinks the same way. I hope you are reading these reviews Dr Williamson and actually take them to heart. A little empathy can go a long long way.

If you like being continuously and intentionally talked over, and like having your doctor literally ignore you and walk out of the room as you’re speaking to her - She’s the doctor for you! After a long night of stress and worry, showing up to a hospital where you expect to be at the least, listened to and taken seriously, I was left feeling resentment and disappointment. She has absolutely no bedside manner. She rushes you. She interrupts. She’s disrespectful. I am very compassionate and understanding towards hospital staff as I’m aware of the current climate and how overworked and stressed they probably are. However - when it comes to healthcare I expect to be taken seriously. There’s a reason why I’m in the emergency room and not the walk in clinic. Maybe if she took the time to listen to her patients needs there wouldn’t be such poor reviews. It’s a shame that the doctor we are putting the most trust and faith into during our hardest times is unable to give the service we require. I see how hard the nurses work and their kindness regardless of it all show true compassion. They work just as hard as the doctor if not more and yet they are able to show empathy and offer the best service possible. I came into the Hospital stressed and left feeling worse after getting Dr. Williamson as my ER doctor. I hope on day she realizes the people who come in looking for help are not below her. She is not above us. We should be working together to find a solution to our problem. As a patient I feel as though I deserve to be heard and advocate for myself. Dr, Williamson, a little empathy can go a long way. I hope in all of your years of experience you are able to gain this skill to improve your work ethic as your job right now is as important as ever.

Dr Williamson is extremely caring. She took the time to inspect my eye and encouraged me to see her again in a few days to make sure it was recovering well. I highly recommend her

Rudest doctor I have ever had in my life. I was in the ER at Milton District Hospital and had her as my doctor. She is rude, dismissive and has a ridiculous attitude. I even over heard her getting mad at the other staff members at the hospital because she lost one of her patients charts and was blaming it on the other staff members. If you get her as a doctor I would request someone else. I also feel bad for all the staff members who have to work with her as they should not have to deal with her bull poopy . Absolutely disrespectful attitude towards everyone and should not be working at all.
