The best dentist I’ve had in over70 years! I called in with an infected tooth the day before my son’s wedding in Osoyoos. His staff squeezed me into an appointment and Dr. Serfas dealt with the problem and called me every day following to make sure all was well. I returned to Victoria and there was a voice message from Dr. Serfas waiting for me . The best dentist by a kilometre!

My family has been seeing Dr. Serfas for 20 years (since we moved from Winnipeg). He and all his office staff are more like family than dental professionals. They always know the names of my children, ask about their well being and even try to arrange appointments so family members can attend on the same day. I can't say enough positive about this practice!

Dr Serfas and his staff are the most professional and capable dental team I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient of.
My family also sees Dr Serfas and has for a long time.
After experiencing a lack of professionalism and care in other dentistry work I've had done recently, Mark was able to diagnose the issue, provide me the appropriate referral, all while restoring my ability to have faith in the profession.
He's extremely gentle in both his personality and the way he works. And the lady who works at reception, Leslie, is simply one of the kindest people whom I have met.
Always happy to refer others to Dr. Serfas. As long as there are still spaces for my appointments ;-)

Dr. Serfas and his team are second to none. I have been a patient of his for multiple years, and my partner and in-laws are also patients. Dr. Serfas has a very kind demeanour, is knowledgeable, and has his patient’s best interest in mind, always. I came over to Dr. Serfas’ office from another dental office to get a 2nd opinion from him after being told I needed a filling for a cavity by another dentist (and I had never had a cavity before in my life). After looking at my x-days, Dr. Serfas stated that one area was starting to look a bit dark, and that he will continue to keep an eye on it, but that filling it was not needed at this time. I trust that when I go to Dr. Serfas, he only advises me to get work done on my teeth that I need. I can’t say the same about other dentists I’ve seen in Victoria. On top of this, Dr. Serfas’ receptionists and hygienists are very friendly and always make me feel welcome.

Dr. Mark Serfas is amazing because of my fear of dentist do to some bad experience. He made it so I don't mind going to the dentist, and made it more less pain free. I would recommend him to anyone who has a fear of dentist's, and All his staff are amazing.

Dr. Serfas, Dana, the hygienist and Leslie, the receptionist are all exceptional in the level of service and care they provide. If you need dental work, I highly recommended Dr. Serfas and his staff.

Dr Serfas is really amazing. Both myself and my husband had a phobia of dentists and were petrified to go, He and his amazing staff have gently worked with us and now we both look forward to our appointments. Dana is not only the best hygienist we have ever had but is a super nice lady too. We would highly recommend this office.
