I would NEVER recommend this practice to my worst enemy. They have part time workers who give results of test, they gave incorrect results. Doctor is very condescending and doesn't listen, looks up from his monitor and says "I thought I answered that question". Medical assistant complains about her own sicknesses along with her having to work through her lunch. When/If she answers her voice mail and asks the doctor a question she does not translate entire question to doctor, then have to wait a day or two for another answer, which is not complete. Was put on medication that caused adverse reactions to other medications. The list goes on. I left after waiting 4 days for an answer.

Horrible doctor. I was referred to Dr Ender after another bout in ER for pains in abdomen. He came in looked for the pain and listen then gave me a demerol shot for the pain spasms and sent me for a Hider test and cat scan for gall bladder. He said all normal. Ran an endoscope and said i had gastrits. After two weeks out of work and being in more and more pain to the point i could not eat i went back and he said that it was not my gall bladder test ran test for heavy metals and some forgein disease even though i have not been out of country and all clear. Next appointment he still said not gallbladder and said i need to go to UNC for second opinion and two days later UNC called and could not get me in for two months. I was in so much pain i could not move and UNC said to seek a second opinion from sugeron. I went to rex surgicial specialist. The doctor came in asked my symptoms and reviewed my records and said my Hider test was slightly abnormal and that Ender should not have given me demerol when Hider test check for spasms of gall bladder. He gave me a 95% it was gall bladder. Two days later with no food i was in emergency surgery, my gall bladder stopped working and was on the breaking point of rupturing which was not good. I will never go back to him or his practice

Dr Ender did my endoscopy and everything went well. He explained the results to me and was very helpful. The staff was also very supportive and my procedure was done within maybe 10 minutes of the time I expected to be there !

I never even got to see the doctor. My Gyn referred me to Dr Ender for a Colonoscopy. It is impossible to reach anyone in this office by phone, including the receptionist. 100% of the time I've called I've gotten a voicemail and had to leave a message. My husband called about a month ago to schedule his colonoscopy he had to leave a message and he has not heard anything. My guess is that this office has way more business than it can handle and when you can't even get the receptionist on the phone its not a good sign for the patient. I feel like just a number. I decided to cancel my appointment, since I could not get my questions answered. I'm going to call my GYN and let her know, so she will not refer anymore patients to this practice.

Dr. Enders cut out what was supposed to be Hemorrhoids in his office sugery. I told him he was hurting me and asked him to stop. He finally did. He said the pain was because my rectal area was too small. He caused me needless pain and suffering.I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. I had to take a pain pill when I got home as my rectal area was hurting. Went to another doctor who said Dr. Enders was cutting out skin flaps not Hemorrhoids and that there was nothing wrong in my rectal area. Dr. Enders sent me a registered letter saying he would no longer be my doctor. I will never let him touch me again in fact I sent him a bill for pain and suffering.

I began to wonder if they had forgotten about me in the lobby. The cleaning folks were vacuuming around me and no-one remained at the front desk. The questioning was thourough, but the end result was lets get loads of expensive tests done and see what we find. Even when I said "no- I can't do all of those right now" they told me they were going to set them up for me anyhow and I could just call and cancel them. Huh? A bizarre and unfortunate experience.
