This "physician" is incapable of empathy and the ability to deter from his "brilliancy" to his patients' wishes. He does not listen to patients and goes as far as promising to adhering to patients' requests and then disregarding them without reason. Should you ever find yourself in the predicament of him being your assigned hospital-in-house-physician, I strongly advise you asked to be seen by a different physician.
