Dr. Price was one of the most intelligent and dedicated doctors I had the privilege to know. He was my GP from 21 years old to 34. He delivered my daughter amd I wouldn’t have had it any other way. He closed down his office when he heard I had CHF after my delivery and was by my bedside at Ajax hospital the next day. The biggest regret I had was leaving his office because the drive was too far later on in life. I never found a better doctor than him. He would sit at his big mahogany desk and listen so intently to my health concerns, pull out his journals and ruffle through them looking for answers or ideas. You could see the wheels turning in his head as he researched possible causes or diagnosis. He is one of the last best doctors who really understood how to diagnose and help his patients. He was compassionate, funny and would often share a few personal details about his personal life. He always made time to ask how my life and family was doing. He truly cared about his patients and we were never a number to him that he rushed out of his office in 15 minutes. No matter how silly my questions or concerns were he always took the time to make me feel cared for, listened to and respected. They don’t make doctors like Price anymore. May god bless him and his family for all the good he has done and people he has helped. ❤️

BEST GP EVER!! 4 generations of my family were patients of Dr. Price, myself personally for 38+ years until his retirement! I don't think he will ever know how much he is missed by me and my family, as he was such a big part of ours! ❤

p.s. had to rate a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for punctuality...just to tease him so it's on the internet forever 😂

Dr Price delivered me and was my doctor until his retirement. I don’t think I will ever find a doctor like him. He’s so special and one in a million!

There is no other doctor like Dr. Price. He was by far the best medical doctor anyone could have. I will always remember our visits together as he sat behind that big mahogany desk, with his medical journals open and listened intently to all health concerns. He was not a big pharma doctor. He was the real deal - doctors like dr. Price don’t exist anymore or are rare. I will never forget him.

If this is the doctor I think it is, and it sounds like it, based on the home-birth comment, he was my doctor when I was pregnant with my son, who was born at home in 1983. I have often thought of him. He couldn’t attend the birth, but he opened his office and waiting room to midwives, to meet in. His waiting room was full of kids and toys. He and his secretary / assistant were just incredible people. If he is still alive, maybe he will feel my appreciation through the virtual ether. He was a selfless person. I could not have asked for more. My son was very blessed too, by Carman, his care, and his connections to the three midwives we were so fortunate to have. It was a bit of a difficult birth, longish, with my son’s arm presenting first, but I never doubted it would all be okay, as long as I was at home. And it was.

Was reflecting back on the birth of my sons and wondered if Dr Price still practices. They were born in 1985, 86 and 88, he was the most amazing doctor I’ve ever met, I will never forget his care and kindness, really one of a kind.!

I was the last home birthed baby Dr. Price delivered. He was my doctor for 30+ years. He was the best and most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He was one of a kind that’s for sure! Unfortunately I did not care for the doctor that took over his practice. When I went for my physical all she did was check my blood pressure and listened to my chest. I can’t even count how many things, tests he would do. Now that’s one amazing Doctor.

Dr. Price........Like someone said...one in a million and "they dont make them like that anymore" he is just the true definition of a GOOD DOCTOR. I honestly cant put into words how much he means to me....btw...you can still catch him at BayWood Medical clinic in Ajax at 95 Bayly once a week or so....Thank you Dr Price :) Jeff B ;)

Dr. Price saved my life. He saw me when my life-long family doctor was misdiagnosing me/not dealing with my ailments. He had a full roster of patients but still took me on as a patient to help me. He sent me for immediate surgery - was there for it, took great post-care of me and continued to be my regular family doctor until he retired. I have never met a more sweet, kind, helpful, knowledgeable doctor in my life. I have both mental & physical health issues that he always took seriously, only gave me treatment I understood and felt safe with. Due to my past I panic during physicals, he always made me feel safe. I am absolutely distraught that he has retired but no one deserves it more than he does. I have yet to find another doctor as wonderful as he is. Thanks Doctor Price.
