Receptionist was not friendly on the phone or in person. When she was ready to take me to the exam room, she put her hand on her hip and said, "yeah, ok".

Don't feel she is a people person at all and doesn't like to explain/discuss anything

I didnt even get to speak and she already had her mind made up, she didnt even want to listen, and she was not very knowledgeable when we did get to discusing the issues I was having. I would not recommend wasting time (3months) that it took to get in.

She would not listen to ME about how I felt just for starters. She also totally forgot 2 patients and left the building.
