Had an appointment @ 10:30am and up to 11:45am I was still sitting in the waiting room. Patients who had later appointments such as 10:45 am & 11:00 were seen before me. Office staff need to be better organized and improve communication with patients. After waiting 1 hr 15 mins I requested my co-pay to be returned and cancelled the appointment. My time is valuable and I did not expect to waste time sitting in a waiting room indefinitely with no announcement or apology from the staff for long delays. I plan to find another GI specialist

I loved Dr. West! He answered all my questions and made me feel real comfortable about having my first colonoscopy. Felt great to get a good bill of health, but felt some kind away of having to come back in 10 years!! I will miss his friendliness and his since of humor.
