Staff (the doctor's wife and a part time nurse who can't pronounce prescription names correctly, lies to you, and is condescending) is too lazy to call prescriptions in to busy pharmacies, requiring you to choose another pharmacy from their preferred pharmacist owned pharmacies. If you don't want to change pharmacies, or can't, they tell you to find another doctor...even a long established patient. The physician himself will see you on time and is pleasant, but diagnosed me wrong according to all the other doctors I have seen since. No wonder I wasn't getting better all those years, but now I've been just fine. Glad they were lazy and uncaring or I'd still be there, depressed, and not with the wonderful doctor I have now.
