My son (2 years old) was there for an appointment and Dr Courtney was excellent!

The doctor's office has better receptionist now, but still unfriendly lady whether in person or in telephone. She sounds very professional but seems like she's discriminating patients/guests.  We keep on going back to Dr. Courtney's clinic because of the exceptional experience with him every time we visit. He thoroughly examines my daughter and has the best approach to kids. Thanks to this great doctor for making my daughter's eye getting better.

Dr Courtney and his team of assistants have looked after our preemie son for 4 years and we can’t thank them enough.
Having read some of these reviews we had to add our opinion as immigrants to Canada too.
Dr Courtney office is always busy (as most Drs offices are) the eye drops are annoying for the little ones but it’s normal procedure. The staff are so lovely and very accommodating. Especially that lovely lady on reception!! We have been coming to this office for 4 years and never had a problem! Dr Courtney is so friendly and has such a nice tone with the kids.
Oh only problem is the clients that can’t park their trucks in the parking lot! This makes it very hard to park...

We were there for my sister who need to see Dr. Courtney. I think he is hood with all the knowledge and experience. A very respectable man. But the older lady in the front desk was very rude, she asked us to leave right away after we saw the doctor even the doctor told us to wait for something. She should retire if she doesnt like to deal with inmigrants.

We came for my sister's appointment and the older lady in the reception was very rude and want us to leave right after we saw the doctor even though the doctor told us to wait. She should get a better attitude or do everyone a favor and just retire.

Overall excellent experience. Dr Courtney saw me on short notice, due to eye irritation for a few days and other medication did not help.

direction provided was confusing and the parking lot is horrible. Big vehicles ( pickups) can't park in there.

Dr Courtney has been looking after my eyes due to pressure behind my eyes due to diabetes. He has been very professional in every way. After I had two surgeries last April the optic nerve was swollen and the optometrist wanted him to have a look. By the time I seen Dr Courtney the swelling went down. After he was told about the surgeries he gave me a good exam to make sure every thing was okay. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Courtney is amazing, very knowledgable, timely and courteous. He handled my eye surgery when I was 5 years old and 36 years later he completed the same surgery on my daughter. My daughter loves seeing him and looks forwards to her visits with him.
