My brother was under his care in the 90's. Dr. Rosenthal charted that he had seen by brother and stated that he was" eating well, sleeping well". My brother said the dr. had not been in to see him this day and many days after that. I was my brother's advocate and a nurse too and was on top of his care. I called the dr. one day and questioned him about seeing and charting on my brother. THe dr. cursed at me and hung up on me. I think in all of his yrs. of med. practice, I was the first true advocate who caught him in his dishonesty. He may have been charting on pts for yrs and I confronted him. I called Columbus to report him on medicare fraud. I was told I needed two employees from his Nursing home to be witnesses. I could not find anyone who would comply. My brother died about a month after this from causes unrelated to his mental illness. I will always believe that dr. Rosenthal has been unethical for years and got away with it until I confronted him.................m schutte
