Prescribed drugs patient was adversly affected by and also prescribed addictive drugs. Seemed untrained in recognizing PTSD symptoms apparently. I don't think he should be supervising and seeing patients while he holds that position because it does not appear he is being supervised very well. Seems to play mind games with patient. That can be very dangerous. Perhaps he should retire.

I have mixed feelings about doctor Smith. In some ways I kind of like him, but he is not one who really listens very well I feel. He had helped me with SSDI claim I am thankful for that, but he was slow at doing so. It is a rush you in and out setup at the hospital I will say that. I do agree he can be rather abrupt I don't believe there is much compassion involved in his practice.
