He was disciplined by the OCPS for snooping in a patient’s file.

Never get an appointment with him.Either has another doctor respond with a phone call or has a nurse practitioner reply to you.You cant be confident in your care when your doctor makes it impossible to see him one on one.

If you are a patient at Trent Hills Family Health Team, a patient of Williams or not, I suggest you request a copy of your medical records so that you can see who’s been snooping in you records. By this I mean, staff and/or doctors that are not in your Circle of Care that have read your personal history. It will surprise you.
