Dr. Joe is an amazing man. We drive 2 hours each way to see him because he is that great of a doctor. He really listens and is very compassionate in what he does. He treats patients with respect, and has been a lifesaver to our entire family. Our young daughter, who suffers from a mood disorder, has had her life completely change with the help of Dr. Joe. He does not give up and continues to search for answers. He regularly attends seminars to stay up-to-date on the most recent findings, and really cares about each and every one of his patients. I can't say enough good things about him!

At first I thought Dr. Joe was a little strange. He is quiet and often lets you do the talking. I have come to appreciate that he makes up for lack of talk by the quality of his words. He has done a very good job managing my young son's ADHD.

He is a brilliant doctor full of knowledge and compassion. The assistant "Carol" is also very knowledgeable and kind. He seems to have a lot of experience with childhood bipolar which seems difficult to find.
