I saw Dr. Stein in his Philadelphia office. He's very responsible and good at handling urgent situations, which I had. Two friends of mine went to him too and was extremely satisfied. He's not quick to medicate, nor is he quick to reject medication. He'll take the time to assess your individual situation, whether he thinks medication will help. He didn't recommend medication for one of my friends but did for the other. You can trust him.
