Dr. Tompsett has spent much longer time in the USA than in England but tries very hard to hold on to her ENGLISH accent and had mentioned that people get impressed by her accent. She seems very pretentious and pompous but not very up to date with present treatment options. I have observed her to dose off during secessions and to be aloof and distant. Perhaps, this is about time she retires.
