Dr. Gupta is a knowledgeable doctor and takes care of the patient within the constraints of Canadian Healthcare system wherein we have to wait for longer times. If situation demands urgency, Dr. Gupta would arrange for urgent treatment which is much appreciated.

I waited for approx. 7+ months for the appointment, so I was looking forward to seeing this doctor. What a waste of my time...Receptionist, was very pleasant. no issues at all there...The doctor on the other hand seemed to be just another pill pusher..
He was also condescending in my opinion and, made what I deemed to be a slight insult to my appearance for no apparent reason
He was not also not very thorough in his diagnosis , and just made me feel like another number. Get me in write a script and get me out.
Ill need a second opinion for sure.

Dr. Rajiv Gupta is a doctor who would mot subject his patient to unnecessary tests if not warranted.
I read ratings on medical professionals and people/businesses however the extreme negative posts leave me wondering the false expectation of patients expecting too much
We are all people and discrediting doctors based on one person's perception is just plain wrong.
So I personally am so very glad that I didn't listen to the negative comments of one person and would highly recommend Dr.. Rajiv Gupta for his courteous and professional manner and reasonableness to do what is in the best interest of his patient.

Please do not underestimate the 5 stars. I have been a patient for 25 years. I've had bladder cancer, BPH and regular cystoscopes over the years. I have yet to complain about Dr Gupta's treatments. He is conservative and knowledgeable. He has an extremely good bed side manner. He sometimes seems to be a bit abrupt but if you ask a question, you get a full and comprehensive answer.
I live 100 miles from Etobicoke but would travel twice that far if I had need of treatment from him. There are probable many Urologists in my area but I have such faith in Dr Gupta that I would not attempt to find a replacement.

He is an arrogant and unprofessional dr. he would cut your balls if you ask questions. i would piss with pain rather than getting treatment from him. all 5 star reviews are from his buddies/community:)

I'm delighted to write a positive review for Dr. Gupta. He provided exceptional care to my mother during her kidney stone removal. He was incredibly polite, and professional, and made extra efforts to communicate with her in Hindi, despite her not speaking English. Dr.
Gupta always asked open-ended questions and showed great understanding throughout the process. Moreover, I must commend his assistant, Ms. Gurmeet or Gurdeep, who was extremely polite and attentive to our needs. The entire team's dedication to patient care made the experience truly remarkable. Highly recommended!

Was recommended. He is a true professional. From the intial consult to my procedure. He even took time to check on me after my procedure. It's hard to find a Dr. who actually makes you feel like a human being not just a number. Thank you again!

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Gupta. I experienced the utmost respect, concern and insight throughout my treatment. I felt he connects on a human level and when things are critical he and his staff make every effort to speed along necessary procedures. Often patients can be left feeling like they are "just another number" but each time I walked into the office I was greeted by name and a smiling face which helped put me at ease. His expertise helped me through a trying time and I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency of him and his team. I highly recommend him. doctor s staff is so uneducated, they have no manners how to talk the peoples, 100% manners less staff, also doctor doesn't care, they change the appointments person to call by him self ,
