After years of doctors and tests and misdiagnoses I was finally referred to dr Shaaban and he not only figured out what was wrong . He worked endlessly to help me. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He truely cares

I have been a patient of his for a long time. His office is ridiculous. I'm in a bad flare with major symptoms and they never answer their phones. I leave messages and it takes weeks apon weeks to even get a call back. How is that even acceptable? Do they want their patients to suffer and die. It's almost like we don't have a dr. Once you get a hold of him he is ok and he is very smart if you ask the right questions but getting a hold of him is a huge problem. Why oh why can't Willena call the patients back?

Dr.Shabban did my Colonoscopy back in December.He is an amazing Doctor. The staff was excellent as well.I was Lucky to have him do my procedure.He is an excellent Doctor

A referral was send over 4 months ago for my mother in law…we have been calling the office (at least 20 times) or more and no one returns our call..however the secretary did call one day and left a message to return her call in which we did but she never called back after leaving messages
upon messages…this is applauding..!!!!
Everyone is busy ..I get that but please just return our call…in the meantime my mother in law is getting sicker…where is the compassion ….☹️ I will be reporting this to the board of Physicians if I don’t get a response…!!!!

My roommate is waiting to hear from him since June 6th regarding bloodwork. Call was set for today 11-12...nothing. No call. No follow up and his voicemail says "open July 26th". It's the 28th!!! The 'monotone' doesn't just seem like a vocal thing, it does seem like he just doesn't care. :(

DR. Shabban Just did my colonoscopy . Procedure went fantastic no complication whatsoever . He explained everything to me and gave me report of his findings when it was over. Also his secretary is just a superstar so pleasant and efficient and can also be very humorous. Top notch professionals...

Dr Shabban is a great dr for your bowl.. what he says to do listen he vary knowledgeable when a person needs a certain medication or operations
