she is a very nice doctor but not a very good one. shes prescribed me antidepressants but hardly ever proceeds with a follow up. if you go to her with a problem she will send you for tests and then you wont hear from her again. doesnt even try to help find you a solution. almost even felt like she was rushing me off the phone while i was telling her how depressed and anxious i was. my family has been with her for years but will be looking for a new family doctor

My husband went to see dr.McLean on Friday through an appointment. He was struggling with breathing due to prediagnosed COPD. He was desperate for relief. He had been struggling for almost a full week. He informed her his current puffer wasn’t doing nothing to help. Dr. McLean took his blood pressure and then advised him to call back on Monday and she could give him some free samples of a new medicine. That was it! By Sunday afternoon I took my husband to the emergency as he now had a fever and breathing was even worse. He was quickly diagnosed with pneumonia, put on oxygen and antibiotics for th infection. His oxygen levels are still to low to be released. Dr. McLean didn’t even put a stethoscope on him to hear his breathing, didn’t give him any relief after telling her he is felling desperate for air. Shame on Dr. McLean for putting my husbands life on the line. By the way we called on the Monday just to see if this new free medication was ready to be picked up and it wasn’t even in yet. New family doctor for us!

Dr. McLean is a very knowledgeable doctor whom I have relied on for the past twenty years.
When I needed her she has always been there even when I had to arrive in her office unexpectedly. I had a concussion and was told to come in right away if I felt I needed to.
I have never had any issues with any of the staff members in her office. Perhaps if they are treated kindly they will react in kind!

Dr. McLean has been our family doctor since my children were toddlers and she is and was the family doctor for my parents in their eighties and 90s. We receive the best care and and prompt Diagnostic referrals for serious health issues that may be occurring. We have always been able to get an on the day squeezed in appointment for concerns and sudden health issues that have come up. I have never had to waited much past our regular appointment time. Dr. McLean gives you her full time and attention on any questions or concerns whether, as has been in our case, for my children, , my own personal health or that of my aging parents. She has helped us through various serious health issues and I hope we will have her in our support system for quite awhile longer! :)

I am always satisfied when I go to Dr. McLean. She is thorough and caring and patient in answering questions. She is always on time and has over many years been an excellent doctor for my family. I highly recommend her!

Dr. McLean has been my family doctor for 19 years and she is the best! I am a worrier and she always listens to my concerns no matter how crazy they may seem. Very knowledgeable and I'm very confident with all her diagnosis or recommendations.

If you need to get any forms filled out I would ask before you book an appointment. I informed both Dr. McLean and the receptionist and no one told me about the extra charge. She is a fairly good doctor but when you have many health issues to deal with I don't think she is right for you, all she does is refer you to someone else. If you ask for another referral because you don't like the doctor she sent you to she refuses.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. McLean as our family's GP. Extremely knowledgeable, we've always been confident with her diagnoses and treatments, plus, her sincere, caring manner has been consistent for years. She's one heck of a great doctor!
