We were referred to Douglas, the Mrs underwent two tests ordered by Douglas We had to call to get the results and were told they could not locate them later they called to report the results were negative(trying to determine a cause for the condition)The condition is diagnosed and documented is painful and very uncomfortable and have been for five weeks We asked for the recommended treatment we were told the Dr. would be dictating a letter to be mailed out. After a week no letter I called to cancel MY appointment and explained why. The lady said it was her fault. Still no letter!!! I demanded the results be sent to our regular physician (who had NOT been provided any results I had respected Douglas until this We will NOT be utilizing Douglas again. Our insurance has paid him for his services and we have paid our out of pocket portion so funds are not the issue. Losing us will not cause his practice to suffer I can assure you his practice will not cause us to suffer!

Horrible experience. Acted like I was crazy and left 3 quarter sized gallstones in my pancreatic duct after removing my gallbladder and blamed ME for it (how and why I don't know- it's not like I put them in there). Ended up with pancreatitis because HE didn't do an Xray to check for leftover stones during my surgery and now I owe over 3 thousand EXTRA in hospital bills because of pancreatitis, a common after-surgery event but entirely preventable in my case. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
