Good, but my mother mentioned some things to the doctor about my spine and chest when i was little, he said that it will get better but it didn't really, and now im having trouble with these things. Other than that, he was very friendly and i was always excited to go see him :D

Dr Wiseman was the best doctor ever. He followed both my sons from birth, ages 7 and 4. He was so attentive to our concerns and he always had a smile on his face. I wish him the best, he truly deserves it.

Love this doctor, sad to see him retire. Too bad I don't know if I will have another doctor for my children, was told the nurse will call me this week to let me know. From having a doctor to going to walk in clinics from now on is not acceptable. Hopefully I get referred to another doctor, but he was the best doctor!!

Best doctor ever. I was an amazing doctor to my 2 children of age 3 and 9. Always happy and friendly to my children and made me at ease. He always had reassuring amswers to my question. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Wiseman!

Dr. Fred Wiseman is the best doctor EVER! I was very sad to hear that he is retiring, however he truly was an amazing asset to Montreal. I was lucky to have him as a paediatrician, and so were my 2 kids for 5 and 2 years. He is such an amazing person, always makes us feel at ease.

Enjoy the time off "Wiser", a s we liked to call him in our family. YOU WERE THE BEST!

as he said, "I am packing it in, hanging up my stethoscope"!

I have enjoyed Dr Wiseman in the past, but had a terrible experience yesterday at the clinic. People who run this place are vindictive and cruel. Just to punish me for a previous disagreement (details below), they gladly put a 3-year old child with pneumonia in harm's way.

I'm a regular caretaker of my grandson whose parents are not together and have taken him by myself to this pediatrician a number of times. I did not have his medicare card, since the mother had lost it in a purse snatching a few days earlier. I was concerned he had pneumonia, so I was willing to pay for the visit. Already on the phone, I told them that I would pay for it. After being called in, because I didn't have a letter from the mother (that I had never needed before) the pediatrician would not see him. Can you imagine, the little boy's own pediatrician refused to listen to his lungs even if the payment was secured.

I was left with only a bad option to take him to Montreal Children's, at a great cost to taxpayers and 10 hours of the sick boy's time and mine.

The only explanation I see for the pediatrician's behaviour is that there was a previous incident at the clinic. The mother was late to bring the medicare card. In order for my grandson to keep his appointment, I had to pay for the appointment even if the mom was on her way! She arrived 5 minutes after I had paid and they would not cancel the payment. I was upset about this inflexibility. Where is their humanity!

i love dr wiseman. he is one of the best baby doctors that I have ever had. I have a son with autism and he is calm and patient with him. he is a very good man and doctor.
