I was blessed to be referred to Dr. Riddell at the end of June of 2022 after suffering shortness of breath for over 2 years! After evaluating me and determining it was not in the ENT area, he sent an urgent request to have me seen asap at Newmarket by the Thoracic Surgeon. In August I had my 1st of many tracheal dilations and was finally on my way to being able to breathe again. Dr. Riddell was so compassionate and knowledgable and I'm thankful that he was able to get me to the right place, so that I could start living my life again.

I begin radiation treatments at Sunnybrook next week. Dr. Riddell said I had a deviated septum last December, and then when I called again, my nasal wall had collapsed he said. When my symptoms were so evident of something else, he sent me to Mount Sinai. That is the only thing he did right. If he had done even one of the tests done at Mount Sinai, he should have been aware that it was much more! Mount Sinai had me in surgery 1 week after initial evaluation. If the tumour was caught in December, I would have a better fighting chance. Due no harm- shame on you!

Dr Riddell is the most caring, compassionate man. He is very professional and knowledgeable . He has no issues sending you to another professional if he feels the need. I wouldn’t see anyone else! We need to thank these Dr’s for all they do for us everyday !

Dr Riddell is an absolute professional with a caring "bedside manner". I had a multiple fractures to my nose and he immediately reassured me at the consult. He performed the procedure 2 days later. Amazing doctor and wonderful human being. His two receptionists, Kim & Debbie, are equally professional, helpful and friendly. Great team....thank you.

Referred by ER as unknown reason glands are swelling (Feb and June). Called to say happened again. Told to go to ER. Get referred again. Says to go for US and if there’s nothing showing a block then would need to do more testing for inflammation. Then advised Ultrasound normal. No follow ups.
