I once read an article about a medical instructor who told his students that when trying to diagnose a patient, the most important thing they can do is shut up. That’s because the patient is trying to tell them what’s wrong. Dr Edora must have attended that class because he’s a good listener which contributes to making him an excellent doctor.

Marie, his medical office assistant, is cheerful and competent. She and Dr Edora make a great team.

We are blessed to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable family doctor like Dr. Edora. I personally have complex mental health needs and I always find that Dr. Edora is understanding, insightful and nonjudgmental. Not happy with my GP.

I've had an injury that hasn't healed for 3 months now and practically begged for further testing, MONTHS ago.

I got told by Dr. Edora that he doesn't know what further testing could be done, so I recommended a CT scan and got told to just keep taking pain meds etc..

Now that it's been 3 months of things not getting better he's finally decided to do the CT scan, because "we might have missed something"; which I suggested ALL ALONG..

He also forgot how I got injured, asked me in person and then didn't listen when I told him.

This doctor constantly has his head turned away from me when I'm speaking to him and I straight up feel that he doesn't seem to truly care about me as a patient.

Right as I got injured too, I called Dr. Edora to set up an appointment, and the receptionist immediately told me that I should just go to a clinic; where I then had to wait 8+ hours just to see a Doctor.

The receptionist also gave me a tongue-clicking sound of disapproval, after she asked me how I'm feeling upon entry to the waiting room, almost as though it's my fault that I'm still injured.

First thing you're supposed to do is contact your doctor when you get injured, yet I just got turned down, even though I've been a patient for multiple years.

Dr. Edora was my doctor growing up. I just recently moved away and having a horrible time even just finding a new family doctor, let alone a doctor as good as Dr. Edora.

He was always helpful, listened, and took my thoughts into consideration. I hope Edora and all the staff there are doing well!
