Dr. Novoa is a miracle worker. He has a bedside manner second to none. He's a little strange to get used to at first, but trust this man. He is an expert in his field and extraordinarily intelligent and skilled. He has a calmness and down to earth quality that is highly admirable. I was told that his mortality rate is less than 1%. I have never met a doctor like this. He cares about the family as much as the patient.
