Dr. Dennis Azume has been our dentist for around 30 years. He is highly skilled as is his son Daniel who now works in partnership with his father.

Have been going to Dr. Dennis Azuma for close to 30 years, continuing to choose his team even after moving further from his practice. Everyone on his team is kind and caring. It's always a positive experience and I feel I owe my "uneventful" dental history to him and the team :)

Our family has been going to Dr Azuma for over 25 years. He is a fantastic dentist, very professional and caring. The entire staff provide outstanding, friendly and efficient customer service each and every visit.

Dr Azuma is the kindest most patient dentist I have ever met. For years I have been afraid to go to the dentist as it would always be so painful. Dr Azuma is so gentle and precise, I actually enjoy my trips to the dentist now. I just had my implant done and Dr Azuma did a fantastic job. Just to get the prefect shape and colour, he personally brought me to the lab and spent hours until we were both satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr Azuma to anyone considering a new dentist!

Dr. Azuma is the best dentist I have had over my lifetime of 63 years. He is competent, explains the details clearly and is genuinely concerned about the welfare of his patients. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dennis Azuma for 24 years . He is the most conscientious , thorough dentist I have ever been to . From his office manager Josie and her team, to the dental assistance , this dental office is the best .
Dr. Azuma would always call me at home at 10 pm at night to check on my well being , after a serious procedure .
If you want to go to the best dentist you will ever go to , go to Horizon Dental in Markham

I have been a patient of Dr. Azuma for many years now and I have only great things to say about him and his staff. He is an extremely skilled, knowledgeable and kind dentist. Recently Dr. Azuma replaced the veneers on my front teeth and I am thrilled with the results! I have had several issues with my teeth over the years and Dr. Azuma and his staff have always guided me through it with exceptional expertise while making me feel at ease and addressing all of my dental needs. He always makes sure that I am comfortable during any procedure and even follows up later in the evening to see how I’m doing. The hygienists, and office staff are all warm and friendly, it’s a pleasure to be a patient there!
