I once had a total dislike for dentists. No more. Dr. Felder and her staff have a client in me forever. The calm and soothing surroundings and her expertise in her field keep me coming back and referring others. They treat you with respect and do their best to see that you receive the best of care. I ‘m IN LOVE WITH THEM! Thank you for the great service!!!

My advice to all: STAY AWAY!!! I have visited several dentists in the area but gave her a try mainly because the office location is convenient to my place of work. Choosing her for the sake of convenience was a poor mistake. I should have read some of these reviews. The staff is not helpful, and they are not friendly. I waited in the chair a long time before she got to me, and then, she rushed the visit. She was eager to refer me to a specialist after this single visit (I wonder what type of kickback she must receive for those referrals). After this visit, I'll return to driving to the dentist in Lexington that I have seen for several years.

Dr. Fielder is supposed to be my dentist, but I can never get in to see her when I need to. I was in pain and needed to have an emergency extraction, but was told I'd have to wait for several days to see her! Really? For an emergency? And she's supposed to be my regular dentist! Plus I agree that her office staff is rude and unconcerned about the needs of her patients. I wonder how that office even stays open. Anyway, I called Aspen Dental, and they saw me the same day like a dentist office that advertises emergency care is supposed to do. I do not plan to ever go see Dr. Fielder again.

office help very rude & uncaring .doctor is always 30 minutes or more late.always there is new hygienist & assistant .whole office could stand much improvement . found dental work for 1000s of dollars which was nonexistant.second opinion dentist found nothing wrong.most expensive dentist i have ever seen.

Her stuff are terrible and absolutely unprofessional. She is a little better but not really caring or very knowledgable. Pretty painful and not really cheaper than the others. Verdict: will avoid going to her office again.

Dr. Felder-McKelvey is knowledgeable and seems concerned about her patients. Her staff could use much improvement. On at least 2 occasions I tried to get an appt. for emergency care (one time a crown came off—the other time I had developed an abscess). Each time, I was told that I would have to wait no less than a week before I could be seen, so I ended up seeing another dentist. Dr. F-M advertises that “emergency appts. are available”, but they never have been for me when I was most in need.
