Dr. Luthra was fantastic at explaining procedures and very upfront about what could happen with surgery. He wasn't to wordy, nor was he difficult to understand. I appreciate how honest he was about the situation. He made sure my parents felt heard, and also made it very clear that he would do everything in his power for the Patient and for what was best for his patient.
