This doctor was completely amazing. He definitely seemed caring, and took the time to do a thorough exam and explain every part of the process of the surgery/follow up that was needed. He was knowledgeable and our family felt that we were in the best hands with him and his team. His resident, Dr. Jannus, was also extremely kind and very informative. Both the doctors really knew how to communicate with my father (through a little bit of humor) to make him at ease, but also gave us the real picture in terms of how serious the situation was so that we could be prepared. I would highly recommend this doctor and his team to whomever needs the ultimate best care. The Mayo clinic is extremely organized and very helpful in making a difficult time more manageable. Minnesota is lucky to have such a facility with caring professionals.
