Dr. P. has significantly reduced my arthritis pain and has helped me to understand how much of my pain is due to what I eat, how I talk about my pain and what I believe the pain is caused from. He has never made me wait, his staff are wonderful and his knowledge is extensive. His trigger point injection treatments have helped me to keep mobile and has reduced my pain. I highly recommend Dr Phimister and his treatments. He listens and that is rare in my opinion.

After first treatment for my not very happy knee replacement I was astounded about the relief but it slowly returned in the night so a second accupuncture type treatment was more intense and painful. However over time I forgot about that knee as I had new problems with my hip but after the hip I realized I had no problem anymore with the right knee!Im heading back today to see about my arthritic hand which I fell upon.I really like this doctor

Let me start my review off with the 5 Star rating for the Staff. I have not had any concerns about the staff in this clinic for the past 5 yrs . Considering their days are not the norm as they are wearing as many hats as there are patients who walk through those doors. I feel for them as they are met with some pretty challenging individuals who in my opinion should have learned some tolerance to frustration during their years with their parents. Kudos to the ladies behind the scenes who are dealing with not only the patients but they are taking calls, making calls, following up on directions from hospitals and other referrals. I'm really not sure why there are ratings being asked for punctuality. If this means that I, the patient arrives on time then for sure I'm giving it a 5-star rating. If this refers to the Dr. I'm seeing, I have no idea if he arrived on time. I'm going to guess he did and does. So sure, I'll give him a 5-star rating for his part. If this is referring to how long I had to wait before seeing Dr. Phimister, then I"m going to need to not even respond to that with a 1 or a 5 star. I show up, and I know he's there so that is all I need to be concerned about. My turn will come when it's my turn. I don't care about how long he's taking or not taking with the patients before me. I know that when I am in the office, I am receiving his undivided attention. He always asks how I am doing after the last treatment and if there is something else happening that is either causing my symptoms to increase etc. He keeps his information on my visits up to date and doesn't hesitate to look back at what progress or setbacks I have experienced. I get relief from the use of larger gauge needles and I'm the person in charge of my health care and with the help from Dr. Phimister we work as a team. He cannot wave a magic wand and nor can I telepathically transmit to him what I'm feeling or dealing with. I speak up when necessary, and I listen to what he has to say in return. I may not like what he says, but I certainly take his years of experience over Dr. Google any day. Thanks to him I feel much better overall and I shall not bad mouth anyone unless I do so in a face to face situation. He isn't going to know if I feel I'm not being given his full attention if I don't speak up. I say that only becasue I read some comments referring to the way other patients are being treated yet I didn't read that they spoke to him directly and he ignored their concerns. Now I will move on to Rate his helpfulness. I'm giving that a 5 star as well. I find I am given the helpful information every time I set foot in his office. I have yet to walk out his office feeling that I wasn't heard, or that I haven't listened to what he's had to say to me about further treatment or alternate ways I can manage my chronic pain. My questions are answered, my treatment is administered and he is constant in his professionalism. My last Rate is for Knowledge. He scores a 5 star on that one too. He's studied his field, he's passed his exams, he's furthered his education and he is focusing on pain management for chronic suffers like me. I know his knowledge is on the upscale as he passes that information on to me. I like to know what is going on with my muscles, tendons, bones etc. I am attentive when he explains to me the how's, the why's the what's going on with my pain map. I definitely recommend him to my friends, family and people who are searching for a doctor who specializes in chronic pain management. I am grateful to have this doctor in my circle of healthcare professionals.

Upon my first visit with Dr P and only a few acupuncture points in my back I walked away with much less pain than when I went in. He's a breath of fresh air. Thank u Dr P. He took time to listen to me and talk about my course of treatment.

My daughter goes to visit this Dr. I felt he was not very interested in us and was a little standoffish. He didn't listen to anything we said in the appointment and tended to talk over us!

I like Dr phimister get to the matter of ribs attitude. I find him knowledgeable, straight to the point and well rounded doctor. Since I deal with pain, having a family doctor which can also do trigger point injections is extremely helpful. I had my old family doctor since I can remember, however since we knew each other and he knew my history and was more interested in building a relationship. That doctor missed two blood class on two seperate occasions even though it should have been fairly obvious the second time since I had a history. I'm now much more comfortable with a doctor that I feel won't dismiss or, or not look for the real problem. I would recommend doctor phimister and especially those with chronic issues.

I came to see Dr. Phimister on the advice of my GP Dr. Fadeyeyva - I have was injured in a car accident last year and have had terrible pain for a very long time. In one session in a specific area of being treated with needling, and I was immensely better. I was so depressed from all the pain and thought there was very little relief except for my amazing chiropractor who has helped me move again. Dr. P is great - I have never waited for him, and even if i had to wait it is worth it - people complaining about waiting to see a doctor - well, i don't get it - it is hardly their fault - patients are often late, they need more attention, what doctor isn't behind? Plug your meter or park a few blocks away and walk! He has never kept me waiting the three times I have had treatment and I cannot believe the pain relief I have received. Highly recommend him and is methods. I have waited in emergency for 10 hours before - this is hardly a big deal.
