Dr. Denno is a nice guy and his staff is pleasant. I think he could be better at what he does for a couple of reasons. 1) When looking at x rays together on my herniated discs in my spine he only found 3 of 4 discs that were bad and I had to point out the fourth. He also recommended me to use nicotine lozenges to help give up smoking which worked well for me. Unfortunately, when I asked about long term use, he said it is better than smoking so he doesn't see why I shouldn't stay on them if I liked. Well a few years later I had a huge mouthful of cavities and now I've done research which shows that such problems are common. I suppose thousands of dollars in dental bills from tooth decay is better than tens of thousands from cancer, however, if I had received better advice I might have migrated to the patch sooner and avoided the secondary problem. I don't expect Dr.s to know everything but I'm starting to think I need a new primary care physician is less friendly and more astute
