This doctor does not listen and prescribes medication like it's candy. I had a mini stroke because she kept me on a strong birth control for acne for 3 years ... instead of the recommended 3 months. I could have died. I wouldn't be surprised if her license gets revoked one day. Better quit before you actually kill someone. I'd give her zero of I could!!

This doctor is extremely dismissive, rushed and very unprofessional. She also seems quite lazy. As others have mentioned, she often leaves the room without notice. This is very disturbing when it happens following an examination (not covered/dressed yet) and she'll leave the door open. She has also on several occasions refused to do a physical examination for me. If I indicate I feel an abnormality, it should be the first thing a doctor does (physically check for it themselves). I have specifically asked for her to physically examine me on a few occasions for a known medical issue in my abdomen. She has refused each time. She did however provide me with a requisition form for further tests, stating "If you're worried about it, get a test, and if not, it's probably fine".
I have also been injured in an examination by her "assistant". Having an assistant (who I confirmed is not a nurse or doctor or any form of medical professional after this injury) perform a physical and medical exam is unacceptable behavior for a doctor. I'm not even sure it's legal to have someone with no formal medical training was performing this exam "on the doctor's behalf"...
I have often met with other doctors in her absence at this clinic and they are attentive and often empathetic. I recently met with a male doctor for some upsetting test results and I was very glad he gave me the news instead. I feel Dr. Jessa would have not been as caring and wouldn't have spent the time with me that was needed to discuss my options.

worst doctor I have seen in my life, I booked an appointment with her twice and she did not even came to see me, a guy saw me both times (seems like she dont see male patient's) and said he works with Dr jessa seems like he's not even doctor. Every time i asked that guy a question or about some medication he went to Dr jessa's room to ask my question and concerns.

My main concern is if she dont want to see male patients she should not book appointments for male patients. moreover she sends her assistant to see the patient (who i believe is not even a doctor.)

I cannot understand how such incompetent people are still in business, I have nothing positive to say about this doctor and clinic in general. I have stopped going to the clinic.

I am also a patient of dr. Jessa in Saddletowne medical clinic. I cannot say nothing good about this doctor, but me alarm that with so low rating this doctor continue to work with people. Can you imagine how many bribes she is pain to keep this work. Doctors with low ratings should not work in the system.

I went to this clinic a couple weeks ago. At first I waited a half hour to be seated into a room, then another half hour alone in the room before being helped.
That's alright, maybe today was a little hectic. She quickly asked me questions about the condition and put it down into her computer. She very quickly explained that she would be giving my referral to a phone line who would refer me to someone else within the next couple weeks, and that she would like to have me come back soon. It was fast, I had no clue just how little information I'd be walking out with.
When I went to the front receptionist afterwards, I was told by both the doctor and the receptionist that they will not set another appointment and they will instead call me for an appointment next week. It's been two weeks, and while my referral had gone through, I haven't received any word back from the clinic.

My visit there felt useless. I left with no info on my condition, hardly any information on where I was being referred to, and no clue what I should be doing in the meantime. I wouldn't refer this impatient doctor to anyone, and it seems nobody else would either. She doesn't even have the humanity inside her to make eye contact.

And one more problem, and I feel this is a pretty big one. There was nowhere I could go to sanitize my hands. No hand sanitizer, and no hand soap in the washroom.
