Ive been a patient of Dr Sinatra for approx 2 decades, I have literally seen him 2-3 times (hes always on vacation, Ive seen PA's many times). He never even looked me in the eye and our visits lasted about 60 seconds. Now, when Ive needed him the most (was in bad car accident/9 surgeries; going through a divorce; have a new heart condition; ETC) he has suddenly dropped me as a patient with no warning. He denied me the proper prescription for this condition (and would'nt even write a 3 day supply to carry me to next cardiologist appt, but he's had no issue at all prescribing that medicine to my 75 yr old mother for God knows how long/more than 10 years- when her symptoms/condition was far less severe than mine). This is a perfect example of giving medical care a bad name. Find a doctor that will serve you, not abandon you when you most need them.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Sinatra for the past 11 years. He always takes his time to address any problems I am having and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate their ability to see me for an urgent problem the same day that I call.

I had been a patient of this office for 11 years and was never really pleased with Dr. Sinatra, though he was serviceable enough since I've always been healthy & only needed to see him for routine matters. However, I had a medical emergency recently due to a procedure done by another office and needed immediate help. I walked in without an appointment (by bad) but I was covered in blood (it turned out my artery had been cut). The office manager came out & yelled at me for coming in without an appointment and refused me medical treatment. I had to have a friend come drive me to Urgent Care, where it took two hours of putting pressure on my wound to stop the bleeding. It was a devastating experience to be treated that way at such a vulnerable moment. When I finally got to Urgent Care and the people were genuinely caring, I broke down in tears of gratitude. It was such a stunning contrast to everything I experienced with Dr. Sinatra's office. I now have a new doctor who seems to care.

Dr. Sinatra has a terrible bedside manner! He was extremely rude to me when I called on a Saturday due to terrible pain in my kidney area. I called the office based upon the website displaying they had business hours on a Saturday and I thought I could get help. Needless to say, when Dr. Sinatra finally called me, he was rude, threw some pain medicine my way, and told me to call back Monday and make an appointment. He could have cared less what my symptoms were. This is certainly not how I expected to be treated. If this practice doesn't provide services to their patients on Saturdays then they shouldn't be publishing them as part of their hours.

Dr. Sinatra gave my mother, who has a long history of prescription drug abuse - including a stay in psychiatric facility and multiple rehab attempts - a prescription for a narcotic pain reliever....for the flu. This is not the only example of his ineptness. He throws pills at patients, does not consider their history, and rarely takes the time to actually solve patient problems.

Dr. Sinatra seems very knowledgeable and up to date on answers to questions I ask. The office takes Independent Health Insurance also. I have only used Dr. Sinatra since May of 08, as my Dr. has just retired. My origional Dr. Frankfort suggested I try to get in with Dr. Sinatra, this was the best family doctor to use.
