Dr bunnell is an amzing, caring doctor! I started with Dr B in 1992. She delivered all 3 of my children which 2 are twins..She is very very bright and has answers for every question, she gets to the bottom of every issue or problem u have!She is also fluent in spanish and volunteers her expert medical services to the poor and women who are unable to recieve med attention!She is to the point. no BS. Im disappointed that another poster would say not such nice things about her! She has also performed 3 urogynelogical proc at the brigham as well and refers you to only the best doctors!NEOBGYN is very good, for all the business and patients in there, they are very prompt and organized as well as accomodating! Ebony, dr bunnell and connolly's secretary is the most efficient and professional, with a warm calming voice and personality.. when your not feeling well and nervous, she is quick to help and have drs on top of it! thanks ebony!

Mari-Kim is an outstanding human being and a great doctor. I was having a complicated delivery--first doct want C-section all the way. I wanted to avoid it. She was amazing. She said that as long as I can keep you healthy and your baby safe -I will go along with your wishes. Took her 24 hours and so much work......with excellent outcome. If she can safely give medical care and deliver babies in a hut in South America with hand me down equipment...imagine how amazing she is here in Boston. She really gives her medical practice her very best. For years she has dedicated herself to medical practice and volunteering in schools an clinics in under-served places, We are fortunate to have her.

Dr. Bunnell has been my ob/gyn for 15 years. She has seen me from a freshman in college through to the birth of my first child. Granted, it ALWAYS crowded and busy in the office, and you do sometimes feel like cattle being herded in and out of office visits, the nurses are kind and sensitive, and Dr. Bunnell, although somewhat quirky and a bit socially awkward, she is very knowledgeable and has the patient's health in mind. I had a very risky pregnancy, was in the hospital on bedrest and delivered a preemie by c-section that she performed. Some have complained that you must see every doctor in the office, but this is only when pregnant, and because each doctor is on call in the hospital on different days. I did see all the doctors in the office, but gave birth on the day that Dr. Bunnell was on call. Overall, I highly reccomend this office, both as a GYN and an OB.

This office is like a production line - always rushed, always impersonal, sometimes rude. You can NOT get a live person on the phone, and it takes about 3 hours for a nurse or doctor to return a call. Since patients are forced to see every doctor in the practice, I never felt that I had my own doctor actually overseeing my care. Although many of the doctors are nice enough, what I really wanted was confidence that someone was getting to know my history and my needs. I did not get that. On top of that, I felt that Dr Bunnell had a habit of making insensitive comments. I won't go back there. (If a patient's record indicates a previous miscarriage, don't off-handedly ask "still pregnant?" at a prenatal visit. Don't ever say to ANYONE "You know you're not getting any younger." And if you leave a patient in order to take a phone call, COME BACK to finish the office visit afterward.) My one positive comment is that if you ask Dr Bunnell a specific question, she can give detailed answers.

a very impersonal experience...like a meat factory. She didnt deliver my baby because she wasnt oncall that night (i ended up having an emergency c section) and she never bothered to call and ask how i was doing or how the baby was.

Absolutely adore Dr Bunnell. Have been with her for nearly 15 years, and at least 5 of my personal friends/acquaintances also go to her, based on my wholehearted recommendations, and everyone is thrilled with her. Fantastic doctor, caring human being, so glad that I'm under her care.

Dr. Bunnell has been my Dr. for 15 yrs. She's brought me thru 3 pregnancies- first was late, 2nd was early and the 3rd was a very long & high risk experience. Dr. Bunnell was very supportive. She has always been very honest and direct with me yet still caring and sensitive. I greatly appreciate the high standard by which Dr. Bunnell has choosen her associates as they too see you or could deliver your child. Dr. Bunnell only actually delivered one of my daughters but my experience was Dr. Hernandez is pretty fabulous too. Dr. Bunnell is very knowledgeable about everything in her field. She educates her patients and helps them to make choices even in tough situations. I can not think of enough positive things to say about Dr. Bunnell to truley do her justice. However, the fact that I'll be bringing my own daughters- the very ones she helped into this world- to see her as their own gyn should really say it all!
