Called to make appointment, The Lady that answers the phone repeatedly put me on hold to check and get more info, so that’s the 1 for knowledge and staff. Then, she said that I could not pay cash if I have insurance. My insurance requires me to pay bill then sent it in for reimbursement. The lady on the phone said that this was Dr. Clutters Protocol. Now how does a diver with DAN insurance get to see an ENT? So now HE and She get a 1 for helpfulness, and a 0 for Punctual.

I have been a patient of Don's, (Dr. Clutter), for over 25yrs. I've had 67 surgeries for Laryngeal Papilloma. Don has done approx. 20 of them. Having outlived most of my other Drs. I can truthfully say Don is as nice and as accomplished a Dr. as I have EVER had. I don't feel rushed in his offce and his knowlege of medicine is unsurpassed.

I went to see Dr. Clutter because I had a depressed scar on the tip of my nose that I was terribly insecure about. Dr. Clutter and his staff were extremely helpful and caring. I ended up needing 2 laser procedures and 2 restylane injections. My results have been fanominal!! I can't see the scar at all!! He gave me my confidence back! I cannot thank Dr. Clutter enough for what he has done for me! I highly recommend him!!! Amazing!!

I found the front office staff at the office to be delightful. Dr. Clutter and his surgery coordinator and surgery facility staff had wonderful bedside manner and were very thorough in their explanations of process/procedure and expectation. On-call staff and answering service also very responsive. The only exception I had to the entire process was his nurse, she had a very aloof personality and seemed quote inconvenienced by my questions/inquiries/concerns in general. Had she been my first impression of the office/service, I may have declined to use the practice. I am thrilled with my procedure so far (still recovering) and look forward to the other steps in the process. Def. suggest Dr. Clutter for ENT/SINUS procedures.

I had nasal reconstructive surgery 5 years ago with Dr. Clutter and revisited him recently for a different concern and he and his staff were very accommodating and helpful! Overall, I am very pleased with Dr. Clutter and his ability to listen to the needs of his patients and his knowledge about rhinoplasty is very impressive.

Dr. Clutter did ear tubes for my 17 month old son and sinus surgery for me on the same day, recently. I've always felt confident in his ability and he does an amazing job. As for a surgeon he has a delicate touch and it shows in the recovery. I've had questions along the way for both my son and my procedures and I just email his nurse. She always responds promptly with my concerns. I like Dr. Clutter and feel he is very capable and excellent at what he does. I never felt rushed when I was in his office.

I have agree with the other comments of him being rushed in the office. He isn't the most friendly's doctor, although he does an amazing job in surgery! I came out of all my two surgery's with less down time them most people and very little blood was lost. He is good at what he does and it shows as far as surgery.

I am 8 years post-op major nasal reconstruction with great results. This was not cosmetic. I only wished I'd been warned that removing the nasal packing would be so painful. I nearly passed out in the chair.

Doc seemed in a hurry and did not fully explain what he was doing. Seemed too rushed to answer my questions. Felt I left office not fully understanding what was done and why. Assistant seemed irritated that I could not give answers about my condition that fit the boxes on her computerized survey. Overall, I felt uncomfortable with the care I would get here.
