Would NEVER recommend him to anyone. He was extremely unprofessional. I went to see him for chronic urticaria and his answer to me was 'it's not cancer, you're not dieing. You will eventually get better ' and just doubled my meds.

The person in the above rating is absolutely right. I had a long ago intense radiation on my leg. I received 36 radiation’s due to a cancer. My skin was dead. So when I went to see this doc for a rash somewhere else he noticed a tiny spot on my radiation site. He took a sample out of my 60 year old dead skin. I ended up with a huge infected wound since my dead skin did not close. After going through hell I had a skin graft done by Dr Nickolson. He is a first class plastic surgeon. I have a graft 8 x8 inches and 1 inch deep.
He truly saved my leg. It was a 4 hour operation. Luckily he found live skin. I almost ended up with an amputation. I needed a nurse for 6 months to put on fresh dressings.
No this doc should not be allowed to practise.

I went to Doctor Woolner with skin problems on my face. He told me I was old and I should live with it.. When I subsequently went to another doctor the areas with problems were examined and tested. Two were cancerous and I have since had surgery on my face. Dr. Woolner should not be allowed to continue to practice.

Hello
I highly do not recommend this "doctor" because he prescribed me the wrong medication according to my new dermatologist. I took it for over six months and my condition got worst. Finally, my new dermatologist prescribed me a new medication and as a result, my skin healed within only two weeks.
Aside from that, he is condescending, demeaning, and disrespectful, and he never greets me or listens, making me wonder if it is because of my skin colour. Dr. Woolner lacks empathy, patient-centred care and safety.

Rude with very unprofessional conduct, shushed me while talking and gave me the finger on both hands for no particular reason other than “explaining how much sunscreen should be applied… yea right). Totally lacking in knowledge ( misdiagnosed my case and gave me a wrong medication for over a year which resulted in my losing a bit of my vision and having to wear glasses ). And has no more than 10 minutes for any patient that does not come for a laser surgery where he makes the big dollars.
If I bleed to death through my skin irritation and rash , and if he is the only dermatologist to go to, I would never accept a referral to him again.

Very kind and knowledgeable also very honest. When I have had fillers he is honest and will say if any more are needed also very skilled in giving the shots with very little bruising and natural results.

I do not recommend him as I had a similar experience as several other women have recounted here. Dr. Woolner pressed his genitals against my leg while I was sitting on the examination table. I was shocked and I do not want other women to go through this experience. He should lose his medical license.
